DVD CLASSROOM VERSION

 

The DVD version of P.A.R.T.Y. program is a 2.5 hour interactive presentation that delivers the injury prevention messages targeting youth in a classroom setting. This program has two P.A.R.T.Y. facilitators that use interactive exercises to review injury prevention. Facilitators make use of video depicting the reality of risk-related behaviours and their potential consequences. Through this video students are able to follow the results of a serious collision from the scene of the collision to the ER, ICU, rehabilitation and concludes with testimonials from real injury survivors from right here in Atlantic Canada. The interactive exercises have been designed to promote discussion about risk-related related behaviour and potential consequence.

There is no cost to students or the school.
